This is my new martial arts and fitness blog where I'll be sharing information on helping you develop your spirit, mind and body. You can come here weekly for things ranging from inspirational and motivational sayings and stories to healthy recipes and nutrition tips to ideas and ways to improve your overall level of fitness. I look forward to sharing knowledge so everyone stays engaged with their life goals. Remember, it is all about balance! Please feel free to share your feedback and even offer topics that you'd like to learn more about. And as always, you can see me personally through personal training or the adult fitness classes that I lead at the Brandon Sports and Aquatic Center. No matter what, "Get Busy and Get Moving!"
