A few words for next week.

Just a reminder that I will be out of town all of next week, so there will be no classes held. However, some people have asked if they could come in & work out on their own or with a group of people.
Just e-mail each other if you all want to get together, & pick a time that works for everyone. You can crank up the music & pretend I'm there! :) Have fun!

Hard work does pay off!

Way to go everyone! We've been having some great workouts!!! Keep up the hard work - it does pay off!

Have you seen the Angel Tree in the lobby? If you get a chance to check it out, we have Angels hung up for all the different departments at BSAC. Martial Arts is of course one of them. We are in need of equipment and this is a great way for you to give back & show your appreciation. Please check it out. It could be for something small such as hand sanitizer, Clorox wipes, or even a pair of dumbbells. If you have kids involved in other sports here, there are lots of Angels for those departments to choose from as well. Let's end this year great and start off the New Year even better! Thank you all for your loyalty.
